influence.vision began in Vienna in 2017 with a simple idea: to make influencer marketing easier and more transparent for everyone. That mission hasn’t changed. Today, we’ve grown into a global platform and diverse team, helping brands, agencies, and creators collaborate more simply every day. With Banijay, the world’s largest content producer, by our side, we’re part of a global creative network that helps clients scale internationally, while staying true to the people-first spirit we started with.

What I like the most here at influence.vision besides my colleagues is the variability and the challenge that comes with that. Making complex things simple is a lot of fun. In my 4 years I have seen it grow into a Scale-up and being able to contribute to that is great.
For me, the most rewarding part is seeing people grow into their roles — especially women stepping into leadership. After so many years here, I still learn something new every day, and that mix of challenge, diversity, and fun keeps me inspired.
What I love most at influence.vision is getting to know so many amazing creators and guiding them through cool campaigns. It’s always exciting, and those close connections make my job super fun and fulfilling.
No two days at influence.vision are the same — one day I’m deep in digital projects, the next I’m organizing events or working on partnerships. That variety keeps things exciting and pushes me to grow every day.
What I enjoy most is meeting so many different people and personalities every day. Being part of a team that grows together, tackles challenges side by side, and feels like a second home makes the job really special.
For me, it’s all about the people: connecting with clients, finding solutions, and making their lives easier. I love that I really believe in what we offer, and even more, that the whole team shares the same passion in their own roles.
